my grandpa died about two months ago, after being sick for a year. he had a valve in his throat and couldn't talk. so, me, my mom and my grandma took him to see a frank sinatra impersonater at his nursing home and this was one of the songs he sang. like i said my grandpa couldn't talk, so he held my hand, mouthed the words and pointed to himself when he sang "i did it my way." it was the best he'd been in 8 months and a week later he died. rip michael joseph murray <3 you did it your way
